About the Job:
Be a critical member of R&D development team from a high growth and technologically advanced measurement technology company. To design and develop Keysight General Purpose test and measurement instrument such as DMM, Power Supply, Electronic Load, Data Acquisition System (DAQ) and Arbitrary Function Generator. Opportunity to learn, expose and design with the latest hardware technologies for world class Keysight instrument.

About the Team:
You will be part of the dynamic and capable team consisting of hardware and firmware engineers deploying the latest hardware architecture and real-time operating system to develop hardware components for Keysight measurement instrument.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop hardware (digital, analog and mixed signal) circuits and components for Keysight instrument.
• Perform components selection/evaluation, circuit/product design verification, validation and qualification.
• Develop hardware design document to promote consistent design practices and process.
• Promote good design practice and optimize reusable design block.
• Work closely with multiple cross discipline teams during development cycle.
• Occasionally required to lead a team of engineers depending on project scope.
• Effective use of EDA tools (eg. LTspice, PSpice, Hyperlynx, Mathlab, and others) for design simulation and verification.

Job Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor in Electrical/Electronics/Computer/Communication Engineering.
• Good working experience in general hardware design and development.
• Knowledge and understanding in analog, digital and mixed signal circuit design and troubleshooting.
• Experience in using EDA design tool such as LTSpice, PSpice or any other circuit simulation tools.
• Demonstrate the ability as a good leader of the team, working independently, self-motivated with consistent drive to improve hardware design and design processes.
• Good organizational, planning and communication skills.
• Good command in written and spoken English.
• Minimum 6 years of hardware design experience.

Desired Qualifications:

• Ph.D/Master Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Computer/Communication Engineering.
• Good understanding and experience in whole product development cycle.
• Good working experiences in performing hardware and software system integration tasks.
• Well verse in latest technology trends and development, may involving in product platform roadmap and future design direction.
• Good knowledge in understanding customer applications and provide optimum instrument hardware design.
• Good multi-disciplines (HW, SW, FW, ME) development knowledge, work closely and usually lead the development team in developing the overall instrument system.
• Good working knowledge in programming languages such as, Agilent VEE, C, C++, C#.
• Demonstrate leadership skill working with cross discipline teams in whole product development project.
