Senior HC Executive, Human Capital Johor Bahru *Salary RM 4,000 - RM 5,000*
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor\'s Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required.
Responsibilities:
Handle Talent Acquisition activities for non-executive level.
Develop training and development programs, coordinate training activities, and maintain training records for all employees.
Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.
Maintain records and ensure compliance to typhoid injection, food handling training and annual audiometric test for relevant employees.
Prepare month recruitment and training record reports.
Monitor employee attendance and initiate disciplinary actions where required.
Handle disciplinary and grievances of employees (non-executives).
Participate in employee engagement activities where applicable.
Support and implement HC initiatives, including Corporate Social Responsibilities (CSR)
Conduct onboarding and offboarding program for non-executive level employees.
Attend to GMP, HACCP and HALAL related audits by MOH or external audit parties such as Typhoid injection records, training records, etc.
Administer work pass related e.g. work permit for foreign workers, employment pass application and renewal for expatriate (if any).
Maintain external vendors\xe2\x80\x99 contract renewal including caterer, security guards, cleaners and gardener.
Uniform issuance and stock control.
Provide coaching and training to subordinate.
