About the Role


Our client, a well-established group of companies in the construction industry, is seeking an experienced

Senior HR & Admin Manager

to oversee and lead multiple functions including

Human Resources, Administration, IT, Asset Management, and Property Management

.

This is a senior leadership role reporting directly to the Group CEO, where you will play a key part in aligning departmental operations with the company's objectives and ensuring smooth day-to-day management.

Key Responsibilities



Human Resources



Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and strategic initiatives in line with company goals. Oversee recruitment, training & development, employee relations, and performance management. Manage compensation, benefits, and ensure compliance with labour laws. Provide HR advisory support to subsidiaries.

Administration



Oversee office operations, procurement, facilities, and event management. Ensure compliance with admin and security SOPs. Approve and monitor staff claims, reimbursements, and departmental expenses.

IT Management



Ensure reliable, secure, and scalable IT infrastructure. Oversee software, system licensing, data security, and IT support.

Asset Management



Lead asset tracking, maintenance, reporting, and disposal of obsolete assets. Optimize asset usage for cost efficiency.

Property Management



Oversee property maintenance, repairs, leasing, and tenant management. Implement policies to ensure compliance with property regulations.

Decision-Making Authority



Approve petty cash, purchase requests, supplier invoices, leave, salary payments, and claims within the Discretion Authority Limit (DAL).

Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional HR/Administration certification is an advantage. Minimum 10 years of experience in HR & Admin, with proven leadership managing multiple departments. Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and HR best practices. Excellent communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia. Demonstrated integrity, adaptability, and resilience with a strong sense of teamwork.

Remuneration



Basic Salary: RM15,000 (higher for candidates with strong Industrial Relations experience) Working Hours: To be advised
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RM15,000.00 per month
