Overview of The Role

\xc2\xb7 Support the APAC HR Service Delivery Director to shape forward-thinking opportunities while working with RDM to deliver analytical insights, new innovative areas of focus, define the future HRSS data mgmt. and enhancement roadmap in APAC region.

\xc2\xb7 Good understanding in HR technology trending and best practices. Able to identify areas of improvement and suggest resolution using HR technology such as automation, bots, language translation, macros etc

\xc2\xb7 Have a thorough understanding of HR data elements, definitions and values, and relationships to one another within and across the various systems, tools, and HR processes.

\xc2\xb7 Responsible for supporting the audit and control of all APAC employee data related transactions which feeds data into our core HRIS system called HR Connect (Oracle R12).

\xc2\xb7 Support the HR data quality measurement and data issue resolution processes across the regions in scope, including new key data quality checks and resolution processes.

\xc2\xb7 Provide regional representation and active participation in HR Operations related projects, including, but not limited to, annual merit and bonus loads to HR Connect and payroll systems, acquisition and divestiture integrations and separations, fiscal and calendar year end special processing and data updates, data standardization and cleansing, reorganizations and restructuring activities, technology upgrades, migrations and patching, enhancement request process improvements, and new data integrations to ELC systems with associated testing efforts.

\xc2\xb7 Support existing reporting capabilities and tools, including development of documentation and training materials around the Regional Data Management catalogue of information available, reporting definitions, standards, and business logic with associated navigational assistance. Monitor regulatory environment, particularly around data privacy, information protection, and sensitivity of information.

\xc2\xb7 Understand and contribute to the overall HR Shared Service Delivery to ensure conformance and opportunity identification for existing or new business processes enabled via existing platforms and future digital solutions. Seeks opportunities for service delivery improvement, including new software tools and technology capabilities, new processes, and techniques through analytical thinking and problem solving.

Job Responsibilities

HR Master Data Management

\xc2\xb7 Maintain quality and integrity of APAC HR master data- understand HR business processes to interpret business requirements.

\xc2\xb7 Strong technical skills related to reporting, dashboard creation and scorecard tools.

\xc2\xb7 Adhere to documented Case Management and general quality guidelines when handling customer inquiries.

\xc2\xb7 Ensures data privacy, including confidentiality and protection of sensitive client / employee data reports or information.

\xc2\xb7 Provide support for special projects and tasks as needed, most often relating to employee requirements and records.

HR Data monitoring and control processes, enhancing data accuracy and transaction timeliness

\xc2\xb7 Develop and disseminate ad hoc and routine action-oriented audit and quality control reports that are understandable to end users.

\xc2\xb7 Contribute to and drive process improvements for the audit and quality control function and across HR Service Delivery.

\xc2\xb7 Maintain strong technical skills in utilizing the Oracle HR/Payroll System and related reporting, dashboard, and scorecard tools and solutions for measurement of audit and quality control and resolution of issues.

\xc2\xb7 Develop, analyze and assess results of data quality audit reports to identify data issues for cleansing and escalation.

HR Data analytics and insights projection for reporting and improvement identification.

\xc2\xb7 Collects and compiles HR metrics and data from a variety of sources including the HRIS and payroll outputs, management and employee surveys, exit interviews, employment records, government labor statistics, competitors\xe2\x80\x99 practices, and other sources.

\xc2\xb7 Analyzes data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to recruitment, hiring practices, motivation, turnover, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.

\xc2\xb7 Prepares reports of data results, presenting and explaining findings to senior leadership.

\xc2\xb7 Identifies and recommends reasonable short and long-term goals, milestones, and benchmarks for key performance metrics.

\xc2\xb7 Based on metrics and analysis, makes recommendations for SOP and activities to improve HRSD processes and employee experience.

HR System and technology

\xc2\xb7 Analyzing HR systems performance metrics and resolving technical issues.

\xc2\xb7 Contribute to HRIS process optimization, facilitate in new software integration, and performing UAT/diagnostic tests on OS HR services technology platform e.g Oracle R12, Five9 Call & Contact Center, JIRA, SFDC etc.

\xc2\xb7 Performing statistical analysis on gathered HRIS data and running queries.

\xc2\xb7 Ensuring the efficient recording and secure storage of HR metrics and employee data

\xc2\xb7 Shape the innovation task force to explore innovation opportunities in accelerating the process efficiency and user experience through digital exploitation such as automation, bots, big data etc.
Qualifications

Requirements

\xc2\xb7 Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree, preferably in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Management or any related discipline

\xc2\xb7 At least 4-5 years of relevant work experience

\xc2\xb7 Strong analytical, research, & problem-solving skills. Ability to deal with ambiguity & formulate root cause analyses on potential issues

\xc2\xb7 Understands data structures and able to recognize patterns within data and information; detail oriented, organized

\xc2\xb7 Experience with MS Office applications. Track records of working with MS Excel specifically with pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP\xe2\x80\x99s, graphs, etc

\xc2\xb7 Hands on experience in using data reporting and visualization tools, e.g. Power BI (data modeling, data expressions, data visualizations), Tableau, Visier, SQL, etc.

\xc2\xb7 Hands on configuration/support experience in various automation platform such as UiPath, PowerApps and Chatbots.

\xc2\xb7 Hands on configuration/support experience in various HRIS system e.g Oracle R12, Fusion HCM, Workday, SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft etc.

\xc2\xb7 Hands on configuration/support experience in various ticketing system e.g SFDC, Five9, JIRA etc

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge in programming skill is a plus

\xc2\xb7 Understand and interpret regional regulatory environment and policies/controls, particularly with respect to HR data privacy topics

\xc2\xb7 Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, able to multi-task, and maintain accurate records

\xc2\xb7 Good communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to maintain good working relationships across number of countries

\xc2\xb7 Proficient in oral and written English

\xc2\xb7 A good team player with high level of maturity and independence

\xc2\xb7 Able to work in a fast-paced environment
