Executive to join the team.
Job Overview:
The
Senior HR and Admin Executive
is responsible for the full spectrum of HR operations, safety management, foreign worker management, and effective communication with government authorities. The successful candidate will serve as a strategic partner to senior management, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and fostering a positive, safe, and productive workplace culture.
Job Requirements:
Bachelors' degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and administration, with at least 1 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience in safety management and foreign worker administration.
Strong understanding of labor laws, regulatory compliance, and government liaison processes.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
