DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA

HR Management: * Implement, amendment and monitor HR daily job, policies, rules, guidelines strategies, ensuring compliance in company.

• Handle company recruitment, (job posting, work fair, filtering candidates, interview, intake), company trips, annual review, KPI management.
• Handle and coordinate any salary related job task, staff cases. statutory payment (such as EPF, SOCOSO, EIS, HRD, Taxes), control process within schedules.
• Make sure the company fully compliance Employment Act, IR Acts. Handle recruitment activity, to do advert, screening, interviews, team building.
• Familiar to handle work and EP permit application for foreigner talented, worker.
• Any ad-hoc HR + Admin job task may be instructed from time to time by director, authorized personnel of company.

Requirements: * Candidate should have work experience in related fields

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Proficient in Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin, English
• Have good communication skills, initiative, able to handle work pressure, teamwork spirit, multi-tasking.
• Able to outstation and site visiting to the company project site. Especially in JB, KL area.
