Maintain HR operational documents eg. Employee Handbook, Standard Operating Procedures, Policies and Guidelines, Service Agreements, Contracts of Employment, etc
Recruitment activities from screening, shortlisting, interviewing, selection, to offering, preparation and administering the signing of contracts
On-boarding and induction activities
Off-boarding process
Manage monthly payroll processing, including overtime (OT), allowances, deductions, and statutory contributions
Manage HR operations such as preparing and maintaining of personal files and records, tracking of service confirmation, contract expiry, etc
Manage holiday calendars and leave balance
Support employee engagement activities in the Company
Assist to prepare monthly management manpower reports
Assist to compute manpower indicators and conduct data analysis for management update/decision making
Assist HR Manager with training activities and projects. Liaise with training provider and HRD Corp.
Compliance with all government divisions
Prepare presentation slides for necessary agendas.
Assist in any other tasks assigned
People Management Activity
Providing clerical and administrative support to Human Resources team
Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
Manage employees' grievances and escalate if necessary to Superior
Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
Determines and recommends employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation
Manage medical claims and clearance for employees
Safety & Health
Ensure that the organization invests in a proactive safety culture, training and practice.
Proper monitoring and updating of a safety program and safety related policy and procedures.
Coordinate Safety Committee and perform Osh Coordinator role.
Candidates must have at least a Diploma, Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or the equivalent
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Minimum 3 years of experience in all aspects of HR roles
An excellent understanding of Malaysian Employment Act and Labour Law
Familiar with Safety and 5S
Strong leadership, management and communication skills
A disciplined mentality to implement company policy and changes
Proficient and trustworthy in handling sensitive and confidential matters; Good computer literacy
Excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese, English and Bahasa Melayu.
Team player with good problem solving skill, result driven and proactive quality.
