\xc2\xb7 Strategic HR: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and drive organizational performance.
\xc2\xb7 Industrial & Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on all HR-related matters, including Union management, conflict resolution, performance management, and employee engagement.
\xc2\xb7 Talent Management: Oversee the talent acquisition process, including workforce planning, recruitment, and onboarding. Develop and implement strategies for talent retention and succession planning.
\xc2\xb7 Performance Management: Lead the performance appraisal process, providing guidance on goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.\xc2\xb7 Compliance: Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that promote a fair and inclusive workplace.\xc2\xb7 Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
\xc2\xb7\xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
