The role will partner with Functional & Site leadership to develop a culture of high-performance, delivery of our 5 year plan and the sustainable, profitable growth of our business. Enabling our leaders and ensuring we have the required capabilities, Behaviours and ways of working to deliver our growth plan.To be successful in the role you will be proactive, solution-focused and deliver best practice, commercially astute people solutions. As a key member of Foodservices Business teams and the respective Site Leadership the successful candidate will establish themselves as a trusted advisor & strategic partner and will role model collaboration and effective stakeholder management.The Senior HRBP will be a key member of our SEA HR team, and will work alongside with the HRBPs, Centers of Excellence, Shared services and People Leaders to deliver outstanding employee experiences at every point in the employee life cycle.The role reports to our HR Director - South Asia Pacific. You will be based in Kuala Lumpur and will be required to travel across our SEA sites with regular visits to our site in Johor Bahru.Key responsibilities
