In this strategic role, you will work closely with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals, drive talent management processes, and foster a high-performance culture within the organization. You will act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and solutions that enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.Job Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted HR advisor and strategic partner to the Commercial and Hubs business units by providing expert guidance on HR-related issues and initiatives.
• Collaborate with managers to establish and meet performance objectives, providing guidance on performance management processes and coaching for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with both regional and local team from various Business Units (BU) to drive transformation initiatives for the respective BUs.
• Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and productivity through effective feedback mechanisms, and recognition programs.
• Drive local learning & development programs that build leadership capabilities, technical skills, and a learning culture within the organization.
• Collaborate with colleagues in other human resources function (Center of Expertise, Talent Acquisition and HR Services) on relevant initiatives implementation on site.
• Country SPOC for either Talent & Learning or Engagement & Culture topics for Schneider Electric Malaysia.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

• Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master\'s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and talent management strategies.
• Proven experience in employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
