Job Description
The Senior HR Business Partner will play a pivotal role in aligning business objectives with employees and management in the Technology industry. This position requires strategic HR expertise to support organizational growth and employee engagement in KL.
- Act as a strategic HR advisor to leadership, providing insights and recommendations for workforce planning and talent management.
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals and promote organizational growth.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace satisfaction and productivity.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues with a focus on compliance and fairness.
- Lead performance management processes to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
A successful Regional HRBP should have:
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in strategic HR management, ideally within the Technology (IT), FinTech or related industry.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance in Malaysia and Singapore
- A proactive approach to driving employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
- Willing to work 5 days (Monday - Friday) a week in the office
