Job Summary
We are looking for an intern to support our Training Operations team at ATCEN Sdn Bhd. The role involves assisting in training material development, logistics coordination, administrative tasks, and digital learning support. You will also help manage training sessions, gather participant feedback, and contribute to special projects to improve our training processes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in developing training materials, presentations, and content research.
2. Coordinate training logistics including room setup, materials preparation, and equipment readiness.
3. Support administrative duties such as scheduling, managing participant lists, and preparing certificates.
4. Assist in creating and maintaining e-learning modules and online training platforms.
5. Collect and analyze feedback to support training evaluation and improvement.
6. Provide on-site support during training sessions, including technical and participant assistance.
