We are looking for individual to provide vital support in various HR functions, including recruitment and onboarding, employee movement, offboarding, and process improvement. In this role, you will be working with a dynamic team and play an essential role in ensuring efficient HR processes, maintaining accurate employee records, and contributing to a positive employee experience.
Track any changes and development in labour legislation and recommend policy updates
Provide advice and guidance on matters related to HR policies
Ensure controls are in place to prevent breaches of HR policies, internal policies and regulatory requirements
Ensure policies/ process/ operations manuals are approved for implementation by the approving authorities
Assist in all disciplinary issues, staff misconduct and grievances, workplace complaints, etc
Responsible in the end-to-end recruitment process which including screening, shortlisting, interviewing, selection, job offering, and relevant employment documentations based on the budget and timeline.
