Maintains and enhances the organization\'s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices. Full spectrum of Compensation & Benefit (Insurance renewal, insurance & medical claims with broker, payment matters, variable bonus, Annual Performance Appraisal and Merit Increment etc.) Monthly Payroll processing for all staff (EPE, Workday system). Propose and Manage Employee Engagement Programs. Talent Management - Responsible for recruitment, selection, and proper assimilation of new hires (Ad hoc basis). Manage site-wide communications activities. Develop, implement, and administer HR policies and procedures to meet business and employees\xe2\x80\x99 needs. Develop and implement Health and Wellness Program including sports and recreation plan and community relations to aid employee\xe2\x80\x99s well-being, retention as well as company image. Any other HR projects as assigned. Job Requirement: Degree in any discipline. Minimum 10 years HR related experience. Microsoft skills (Excel, PowerPoint etc.) Good communications skills and Team player. Meticulous and diligent. Sensitive and discreet in dealing with personal and confidential matters. Able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
