Responsible to ensure all HR policies and processes are aligned with the Company's direction and local laws.
Manage day-to-day HR operational activities and administer HR policies, procedures, and programs. General documentation and filing of HR records.
Manage end-to-end for our food & beverages business (F&B) both front-line (e.g., service crew, kitchen staff) and back-office roles.
Review and approve outlet rosters submitted by Outlet Manager or Supervisor.
Administer payroll, allowances, and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB,HRDC) and ensure accuracy and timely submission of payroll and statutory reports.
Organizing induction ceremonies and training for new employees.
Researching employee's references and academic qualifications.
Involved in the performance review of employees.
Responsible for all HR documentation including employment letters, transfer, promotion, and other letter related to employment history of employee.
Working with other departments as requires in the recruitment and selection process.
To perform any other ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned by the Management.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
