Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
Source for potential candidate against job requirements via diverse sourcing channels i.e. internet, advertisement and employee referrals.
Conduct phone screening and gather information of their education, experience, job capability, availability and salary range.
Communicate with hiring manager on identifying basic qualification of applicant.
Work with hiring agency and headhunters to fill open position.
Manage with internal referral program to identify qualified candidate.
Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
Schedule and ensure the participation of both interviewer and interviewee.
Receive the candidate at the front office and circulate the interview assessment form before interview.
Follow up with the hiring managers on the status and feedback of candidate after interview.
Recordkeeping throughout sourcing to hiring phases.
Prepare and forward invitation for interview to candidate.
Analyze and resolve functional problems and assess user needs on all supported HR systems.
Perform routine system maintenance and upgrade, date audit.
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data input and assures the effectiveness of the system.
Analyze of HR data i.e. compensation, classification, employment, employee relations, employee engagement and/or benefits data as directed.
Supporting regional WePeople team by provide administrative and operational duties.
Assist in Talent Management & Retention processes in building the organization capabilities.
Compliance to all company's rules, due diligence, HR Governance & corporate compliance requirement
Analyze of HR data i.e. attrition, exit interviews, employee relations, employee engagement and/or benefits data as directed.
Assist in HR administration from review, update and filing.
Assist in payroll matters as and when required.
Coordinate office operation and schedule i.e. office meeting, appointments, conferences, accommodation and transport arrangement for guest or other special events.
Perform other duties that maybe requires from time to time.

Job Requirements:
Minimum of 2-3 years of mixed Recruitment, OD/TM/C&B experience, ideally supported by HR generalist experience or other HR Specialty experience
Able to support and work well in a complex environment
Good organizational and interpersonal skills
Good written and communications skills
Good people engagement skills
Proficient in MS office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Good presentation skills
Project Management experience desirable
Detailed, systematic and structured
Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work.
Self-motivated and creative.
