We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Executive to lead and support the Human Resource operations of our manufacturing facility in Malaysia. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in labor law compliance, talent management, and workforce planning, with a special focus on handling a diverse workforce including foreign worker

. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth HR operations while fostering a compliant, inclusive, and performance-driven work culture.

Ability to plan and execute

HR policies, procedures and processes Responsible to ensure full compliance with Malaysian labor laws, OSHA, and relevant authorities (e.g., JTK, PERKESO, Immigration Department). Manage documentation and procedures for foreign worker recruitment, permit renewals, and related immigration matters. Assist in maintaining proper filling system and documentation within the company. Responsible on the orientation of new hires and completion of their intake forms. Accountable for monthly payroll to ensure payroll is paid on time and accurate which include statutory payments. Manage the process and inquiries which related to salary and employee benefits (e.g. medical, insurance, leaves, overtime /attendance management). Accountable for communication, Employee Relations and Welfare matters including disciplinary cases, grievances, SOCSO, communication and engagement etc. Work closely with management team to develop and cascade the organization policies/guidelines for the employees. Assist in other HR-related matter from time to time when required by management
Job Requirements:

Must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor degree at any field At least

5 years

of experience in Human Resources or equivalent. Proven experience handling

foreign workers

and

immigration procedures

in Malaysia. Well versed in Malaysian Employment Act, Immigration Act, and labor regulations. Able to start work immediately or within short notice Knowledge of SQL Payroll Software will be advantageous. Willing to work on each Saturdays (half day)
