Job description
Our client is a multinational conglomerate that specialises in the production and distribution of luxury goods. They are looking for an experience HR generalist to be based in their office in Jalan Raja Chulan.
Responsibilities
- Recruitment activities from screening, shortlisting, interviewing, selection, to offering, preparation and administering the signing of contracts
- Managing the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
- Performance management and succession planning
- Manpower planning and HR bugeting
- Manage HR operations such as preparing and maintaining of personal files and records, payroll verification, tracking of service confirmation, contract expiry, etc
- Support employee engagement activities in the Company
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the full spectrum of HR
- Able to be based in KL city centre (Jln Raja Chulan)
