Job Requirements:
Female candidate aged 30-40 years old
Possess at least a Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Social Science, or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of working experience in Human Resources
Strong knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act, statutory requirements & HR compliance
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently
Able to liaise effectively with government agencies (e.g. JTK, Immigration, HRDF, EPF, SOCSO, LHDN)
Willing to work in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full spectrum of HR operations - recruitment, payroll, attendance, staff records, leave management
Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations, and internal policies
Liaise with government departments for statutory submissions and employee matters
Coordinate training, onboarding, and performance reviews
Maintain and update HR reports, employee data, and documentation
Support management in HR planning, employee relations, and disciplinary actions
Assist in general administrative and office support duties when needed
