Ensures proper and timely recruitment and placement of all manpower needed. Selects adequate recruiting measures, initiates internal and external vacancy announcements.
Manage entire recruitment process- Manage job posting - Screen incoming applications including pre-selection and phone interviews- Forward suitable candidates to respective hiring managers- Manage interview process
Manage onboarding process- Responsible for making sure new hiree is settled well in the company
Prepares all administrative formalities concerning hiring processes in accordance with applicable local labour law practices.
Managing probationary processes
Prepares employment contracts and replacement actions, etc., as agreed upon with superior.
Monitors employees with temporary contracts and discusses with respective departments for further proceeding; implements actions required based on decisions made.
Tracks the progress of applications and informs candidates of interim decisions.
Welcomes and hosts candidates, handles all correspondence resulting from the application process.
Manage resignations and exit interviews.
Provide timely data on employee feedback related to onboarding, work environment and offboarding.
Assists HOD in miscellaneous matters.
Manage training and development process including HRDF related matters.
Responsible for accurate and timely data in HRM including EAF (Employee Action Form)
Responsible for preparing monthly headcount reporting.
Support process improvement initiatives or projects which may be assigned from time to time.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:-
Must have at least 3 years of working experience in human resource management, preferably in total rewards (which includes payroll) and recruitment.
Bachelor's degree / Diploma / professional qualification related to human resources / industrial psychology or in any similar discipline.
Preferably have some basic knowledge on local employment laws and regulations.
Strong communication skills, and able to communicate proficiently in English & Malay.
Able and willing to learn quickly and succeed.
Meticulous, organised, and can prioritise and execute tasks effectively and independently.
Team player with ability to work well under pressure and to adapt in a fast paced changing environment.
