s We are an established ISO 9001-2015 certified Consultant Company (In Building Surveying) in Puchong are now looking for highly talented and committed individuals who have the following qualifications and experience to join our Company: -
Responsible to perform and support on planning and execution of company\xe2\x80\x99s overall human resources functions which includes recruitment, training, development, manpower planning, talent management, performance management, and employee relations.
Review and developing Company Policy & Procedures Employee Handbook (HR Policies, Procedures, and Manual).
To handle the full set of recruitment process and to recruit the right talents within the hiring timeline.
To develop, assesses and administers training programs for employee and development needs for the Company.
To review compensation and benefits packages and policies aligned with the Company\'s strategy.
Prepare and generate HR Report and its related scope of activities report(s) in timely and accurate manner within depth analysis.
Coordinate and administer Performance Appraisal, setting of KPI/KRA exercise as per timeline.
Handling on disciplinary issues, conduct domestic inquiry, staff counselling and other employee\xe2\x80\x99s relation matters in compliance with local legislations.
To ensure HR records are in proper filing and retrieval system for accurate files, records, reports, and confidential correspondences.
To plan, coordinating, and organizing employee activities and events within the allocated budget.
Other ad-hoc tasks as directed by the superior and /or Management as and when required
Job Requirements
At least Diploma/ Degree in Human Resources Management or its equivalent.
At least two (2) years working experience in the same capacity.
Must be self-motivated and able to work under minimum supervision.
Pleasant personality, highly committed and possess good initiative and working attitude.
Be responsible for compliance of all processes and procedures and completion of all routine or ad-hoc operational tasks.
Excellent Knowledge in various HR functions such as pay & benefits, recruitment, onboarding, evaluation, training & development, is an added advantage.
