About the Senior HR Executive (Retail) Role:
Due to excellent results and future expansion plans, the Senior HR Executive (Retail) will play an important role in the company\'s continued development and success in Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment right from the requisition stage to advertisement, interviewing and hiring
• Seek new ideas and approaches with a view to identify, attract, develop and maintain sufficient talent pool to support the recruitment requirements
• Support the onboarding and offboarding processes
• Build good relationships with the retail team and support new store openings
• Execute and assist in employee engagement activities
• Undertake any ad hoc projects as assigned

To succeed in the Senior HR Executive (Retail) job, you will need to have a solid foundation in recruitment or a HR Generalist role with the ability to work well in an environment that is quickly changing and agile.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of a bachelor\'s degree in HR/admin-related field
• At least three to five years of experience in HR
• Proficient in the latest employment laws
• Fluent in English, both strong verbal and written communication
