Job Description
Job Position - SENIOR HR EXECUTIVE ( SENAI )
- Meeting the company common goal and mission.
- Responsible to HR activities including recruitment, organize interview, appointment letter, training, monitoring, job description update, termination.
- Responsible for HR policy update, including working hours, OT hours, leave types and hand book.
- Attendance monitoring.
- Foreign worker application and relevant activities.
- Maintain and monitoring foreign worker permit validity.
- To perform administration task and submit weekly & monthly report.
- To deal with local authority for HR related items.
- Conduct training for QWI related.
- Responsible for training record update.
- Authorize to negotiate salaries, contracts, working conditions, packages with interviewee.
- Education: minimum SPM / Certificate / Diploma / Degree holder in any related field.
- Experience and Skill: minimum 3 years related working experience and understand about human resources process.
- Training requirements: Related QWI training & ISO training
