Job Description


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, resume screening, interviewing, and hiring decisions, ensuring the selection of top talent to meet organizational needs.
  • Coordinate visa and work permit processes for foreign workers, ensuring compliance with immigration laws.
  • Lead employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation programs, documentation verification, and exit interviews, to ensure a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees.
  • Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with organizational goals and support employee engagement and retention.
  • Coordinate employee training and development initiatives, identifying training needs, coordinating training programs, and evaluating effectiveness of training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
  • Stay informed about relevant employment laws, regulations, and industry trends, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and update and maintain HR policies, procedures, employee handbook, communicating changes to staff as necessary.
  • Manage HR administration tasks such as maintaining employee records, and managing HR databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, and operations, to support HR initiatives, resolve issues, and drive organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor\'s degree / Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. .
  • Proven experience in HR roles, with at least 3 years in a senior HR capacity.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading HR initiatives and projects that drive organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate teams and communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving results and continuous improvement in HR practices and processes.
  • Proficiency in UBS systems, Microsoft Office, and other HR-related software applications.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
