What you\'ll do:
As a Senior HR Generalist (Klang), you will be at the heart of the company\'s operations. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish. You will also coordinate new hire on boarding activities to ensure a smooth transition into the company. In addition to this, you will serve as a point of contact for all employee inquiries and concerns. Your role will extend to maintaining accurate employee records in the HRIS system while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. Furthermore, you will assist in administering HR policies, procedures, and programs. Lastly but importantly, you will handle payroll administration accurately while complying with all relevant regulations.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations
  • Coordinate new hire on boarding activities, including orientation sessions and necessary paperwork completion
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Assist in resolving employee relations issues and conflicts in a fair and consistent manner
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
  • Assist in the administration of HR policies, procedures, and programs, including benefits enrolment and leave management
  • Process bi-weekly or monthly payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure data integrity, including employee deductions, benefits, and tax withholdings
  • Address payroll-related inquiries and discrepancies, collaborating with finance and HR teams to resolve issues promptly
