Key Responsibilities
Track employee engagement, conduct stay and exit interviews to understand employee sentiment and identify areas for improvement.
Develop and implement recognition programs to reward employee achievements and contributions.
Assist managers in conducting regular salary and benefits reviews, benchmarking against industry standards.
Conduct and enhance HR training modules for new joiners and existing employees.
Facilitate employee onboarding, orientation, and briefings for outstation assignments.
Update and maintain accurate employee data and documentation in compliance with company policies.
Assist in organizing internal events and initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture.
Provide leadership and foster knowledge-sharing through effective communication and documentation.
Requirements (Must-Have)
Diploma or higher in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or equivalent.
Proficient in
English, Mandarin
(spoken & written).
Minimum 2 years of senior-level experience as an
HR Generalist or HR Administrator
.
Strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and organizational skills.
Effective communication skills to engage with employees at all levels and external stakeholders.
Willingness to work weekends during peak periods (replacement leave provided).
Up-to-date knowledge of HR trends and best practices to drive workflow improvements.

Proven exposure in
HR Generalist
functions and
HR Business Partnering (HRBP)

Nice to Have
HR-related certifications.
Hands-on experience with
