Job Description

An established and leading Public Listed company is looking for a highly experienced Senior HR Manager to join their team. Job Summary: This is a mixture of strategic and operational role that focuses on shaping organisational culture; attracting, motivating and retaining top talent; and partnering with the top management to ensuring that HR practices align with the overall business strategy. Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or any related disciplines.
• Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese.
• At least 7 years of experience in HR role with at least 3 years in a managerial position, particularly in agriculture or plantation industry.
• Experience managing a company with a size of not less than 500 employees.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, HR best practices, and employment laws.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other Senior Leadership team to achieve organisational goals.
• Experience in dealing with immigration department.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM8,000.00 - RM14,000.00 per month Benefits:
