Oversee end-to-end HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll, engagement, and exit processes.

A successful Senior HR Manager should have:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 12 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership or managerial roles.
Strong understanding of Malaysian labor laws and employment practices.

Adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced, or start-up-like environment.
