The Senior HR Manager will lead and oversee all aspects of human resources functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and strategic HR planning. This role is ideal for a professional passionate about driving organizational growth within the professional services industry.
Develop and deliver HR strategies and initiatives that align with overall business goals.
Oversee end-to-end HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll, engagement, and exit processes.

Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management, fostering a positive and transparent workplace culture.
Ensure compliance with Malaysian employment laws and company policies.
Review and refine HR policies, frameworks, and procedures to reflect best market practices and enhance talent competitiveness.
Collaborate with regional or country leadership to support local talent acquisition and organizational development priorities.
Stay informed of evolving HR trends, technology, and regulatory developments to continuously improve HR delivery and business alignment.
Drive and implement key HR programs and change initiatives, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement and execution.
Continuously evaluate and enhance HR processes to improve efficiency and employee experience.
Lead or contribute to cross-functional and ad hoc HR projects as required.

A successful Senior HR Manager should have:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 12 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership or managerial roles.
Strong understanding of Malaysian labor laws and employment practices.
Proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced, or start-up-like environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organization.
