Lead the HRBP Teams, Learning & Development, Communications and Security teams for company and be the change agent in moving the HR team to a solution centric, proactive and value adding team that partners with the business to improve their results via their people.
Review the efficiency of HR processes and the use of technology or outsourcing to improve team effectiveness.
Report to the Deputy HR Director on HR matters and acts on behalf on HR matters during her absence.
Act as the specialist/expert on all misconduct and performance cases. This will involve advising HRBPs and stakeholders (line management) on how to address and manage such cases and take the lead on complex cases from Investigation to completion including Domestic Inquiries.
Key objective is to increase self-sufficiency of line management to handle common misconduct and performance cases competently with minimum HR involvement.
RBA compliance and Company Security will also be under this incumbent\'s portfolio including any other scope deemed necessary such as pandemic, etc.
Strategic HR initiatives which has proven results in employee retention.
ER/IR background and able to lead and guide our HRBPs on such matters.
Employee Communications and Employee Engagement activities including organizing of company activities.
Job Requirements
Basic degree in any discipline
Good all-round exposure in HR, with proven track record in TA and Recruitment and other key functions of HR, including C&B, ER/IR and EE.
Manufacturing Industry experience.
Proven working and application knowledge of Talent Management and L&D.
Experience in overseeing entire HR team and Employee/Internal Communications would also be an advantage.
Experience in a listed company would be an advantage.
