Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant business or HR field is essential.
Minimum of 10 years of comprehensive HR experience, encompassing talent management, payroll oversight, compensation and benefits, and various HR administrative tasks.

Proficient knowledge of local labor laws and adeptness in HR and administrative protocols.
