  • Benchmark compensation against industry standards and oversee annual budgeting.

  • Collaborate with management on company-wide recognition programs.
  • Oversee office administration, including facilities maintenance and expense control.
  • Liaise with legal, insurance, and regulatory bodies as required.
  • Participate in HSE activities and promote its importance in daily operations.
  • Provide secretarial support to senior management and assist in event organization.
  • Review and update HR policies in compliance with local legislation.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned to support organizational goals.

  • Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant business or HR field is essential.
  • Minimum of 10 years of comprehensive HR experience, encompassing talent management, payroll oversight, compensation and benefits, and various HR administrative tasks.
  • Demonstrated business acumen with an ability to discern HR implications aligned with business objectives.
  • Proficient knowledge of local labor laws and adeptness in HR and administrative protocols.
  • Familiarity with the Employment Act 1955 and related employment regulations.
  • Fluency in English, complemented by exceptional written, verbal, and presentation abilities.
  • Effective multitasking capabilities coupled with robust problem-solving aptitudes.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and payroll software applications or equivalents
