Lead end-to-end recruitment for both blue-collar and white-collar positions.
Coordinate manpower planning and collaborate with department heads to fulfill staffing needs.
Manage onboarding, orientation, and probationary evaluation processes.
Serve as the primary contact for employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
Support managers in setting KPIs and conducting performance feedback sessions.
Organize internal and external training programs to enhance workforce capability.
Maintain training records and evaluate program effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety standards, and company policies.
Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
Handle for HRDF (advantage if experienced).
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Around 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Strong understanding of labor law, payroll procedures, and HR best practices.
Understand Mandarin, and expert in communication in English is highly preferable, in order to have smooth conversation with internal team.
Proficient in MS Office and HRDF.
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
