We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented HR professional to manage our HR budgeting, data analytics, and payroll operations. This pivotal role is responsible for transforming HR data into actionable insights, ensuring financial accountability, and delivering accurate payroll for our direct workforce. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner to Finance and HR leadership, leveraging data to inform decision-making and optimize HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Budgeting & Financial Analysis:
Develop and manage the annual HR budget, including headcount forecasting, compensation planning, and benefits administration.
Monitor budget variances, analyze trends in HR spending, and provide strategic recommendations to leadership.
Partner with Finance and department heads to align workforce planning with financial forecasts.
Conduct in-depth analysis of compensation structures, bonus programs, and benefits costs.
HR Data Analytics & Reporting:
Analyze HR metrics from multiple systems (HRIS, payroll, performance) to identify trends and insights.
Develop and maintain comprehensive HR dashboards and regular reports for stakeholders.
Ensure data integrity and compliance with all data privacy regulations.
Collaborate with HR and IT teams to enhance system capabilities and reporting tools.
Payroll & HR Operations Management:
Oversee the end-to-end payroll processing for blue-collar employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Manage timekeeping, leave administration, and personnel files for direct and subcontractor workers.
Handle subcontractor management, including attendance tracking and invoicing.
Administer employee lifecycle events, ensuring all system data and personal files are meticulously maintained.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in end-to-end payroll processing and HR data analysis.
Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems; experience with Boss.net is highly advantageous.
Advanced skills in MS Excel and experience with HR metrics, reporting, and budgeting.
Strong understanding of payroll tax compliance and statutory deductions.
Analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team environment.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
