Job description
Our client is a multinational firm based in Klang Valley that is looking for a Senior HRBP Manager, to lead and head the HR department. This role will report to the Managing Director.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the end-to-end of HR Operations and Strategic HR planning
- Analyses trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies
- Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations
- Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions)
- Measuring and monitoring existing HR policies and procedures
- Providing solutions to organisational emergencies
- Designing and implementing enterprise-wide HR strategies to resolve organisational challenges
- Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- At least 10 years of HR Generalist experience
- Strong knowledge in HR policies and practices
- Good command of English, oral & written
- MNC experience is preferred
