Job Description

The role is responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment, workforce planning, onboarding, and HR process coordination. This role partners closely with hiring managers to deliver timely, high-quality hiring outcomes while ensuring a consistent and professional HR experience across the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning



Manage end-to-end hiring for roles across corporate, operational, commercial, and technical functions. Conduct requirement gathering and job description preparation with hiring managers. Drive sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interview coordination, and candidate evaluation. Prepare salary proposal recommendations and manage offer negotiation. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through active sourcing and market mapping. Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience at every stage. Coordinate pre-boarding processes (IT setup, documentation, onboarding materials). Deliver HR orientation and ensure smooth integration for new hires.

2. Recruitment Process Governance



Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and hiring reports. Monitor hiring metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline conversions, offer acceptance, etc.).

3. HR Operations & Process Coordination



Coordinate annual appraisal cycle activities, including communication and consolidation. Support claim administration processes. Maintain and update the organization chart as part of workforce governance. Ensure alignment and quality control in templates, trackers, and documentation.

4. Policy & Governance



Support development and enhancement of HR policies and forms (e.g., training bond, probation review form, handbook updates). Provide guidance to managers on policy interpretation and HR process compliance. Review HR documents for consistency, clarity, and alignment with group-wide practices.

5. Onboarding & Employee Experience



Conduct HR orientation for new hires. Ensure onboarding readiness (access setup, documentation, introductory materials). Continuously improve onboarding processes to enhance employee experience.

6. Stakeholder & Manager Enablement



Partner with managers to understand workforce plans and hiring needs. Advise hiring managers on interview techniques, candidate evaluation, and market expectations. Build strong relationships across departments to support HR objectives.

7. Data, Insights & Continuous Improvement



Prepare hiring and workforce analytics to support decision-making. Identify hiring bottlenecks and recommend process improvements. Contribute to employer branding initiatives related to recruitment.

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or related field (Master's preferred). Proven experience in HR business partnering or talent acquisition roles. Strong understanding of hiring practices and employment regulations in Malaysia and Singapore. Proficiency with HR systems and ATS platforms. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment. Regional experience is an advantage

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
