Handle employee relations matters, resolve conflicts or grievances promptly, and foster a positive and harmonious workplace.
Organize employee satisfaction surveys and provide recommendations for improvements.
3. Training & Development
Assist in developing training plans and coordinate internal or external training programs to enhance employees' skills.
Conduct new hire onboarding and orientation to instill company culture.
Monitor training effectiveness and support employee career growth and performance improvement.
4. Performance & Rewards Management
Assist in establishing and optimizing performance appraisal systems (e.g., KPIs, sales incentive schemes).
Monitor performance evaluation processes and provide HR data and analytical reports to support management decisions.
Assist in the design and implementation of employee incentive and reward programs.
5. Policy & Procedures Management
Maintain and update the employee handbook to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Oversee the implementation of HR policies, including annual leave, sick leave, paternity leave, attendance, and leave applications.
Ensure proper acknowledgment and compliance of HR documents by employees.
6. Administration & HR Systems
Manage attendance, leave, and approval processes using DingTalk or other HR systems to streamline operations.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR data.
Provide HR reports and data analysis to support management's strategic planning.
7. Compliance & Labor Law Ensure HR practices comply with local labor laws and regulations, and update policies accordingly. Assist in handling submissions and requirements from labor authorities or related government bodies. Stay updated on HR trends and changes in labor laws, and propose timely improvements. Manfaat
