  • Lead and mentor the HR team, providing guidance and support in all HR functions.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company\'s construction projects and long-term goals.
  • Oversee talent acquisition, ensuring the recruitment of skilled professionals who meet project requirements.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that promotes employee engagement and retention.
  • Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Drive employee development and training programs to enhance skills and career advancement.
  • Collaborate with the Management to align HR strategies with the company\'s overall strategy.
  • Continuously assess and improve HR processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Monitor and report on HR metrics and key performance indicators to support data-driven decision-making.
Tanggungjawab
  • Strategic HR Leadership: Provide strategic direction for HR initiatives, aligning them with the company\'s construction projects and business objectives.
  • Ensure the company complies with Malaysian labor laws, regulations, and industry standards in all HR practices.
  • Implement employee training and development programs to enhance skills and promote career growth.
  • Responsible for and manage overall Human Resource functions such as payroll management, recruitment, compensation & benefits, industrial relations, training, and development, participation with manpower, planning, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Review and developing Company Policy & Procedures Employee Handbook (HR Policies, Procedures, and Manual).
  • To handle the full set of recruitment process and to recruit the right talents within the hiring timeline.
  • To develop, assesses and administers training programs for employee and development needs for the Company.
  • To review compensation and benefits packages and policies aligned with the Company\'s strategy.
  • Prepare and generate HR Report and its related scope of activities report(s) in timely and accurate manner within depth analysis.
  • Coordinate and administer Performance Appraisal, setting of KPI/KRA exercise as per timeline.
  • Handling on disciplinary issues, conduct domestic inquiry, staff counselling and other employee\'s relation matters in compliance with local legislations.
  • To ensure HR records are in proper filing and retrieval system for accurate files, records, reports, and confidential correspondences.
  • To plan, coordinating, and organizing employee activities and events.
  • Any other ad hoc assignments assigned by the Management from time to time.
