Collaborate with the Management to align HR strategies with the company\'s overall strategy.
Continuously assess and improve HR processes, policies, and procedures.
Monitor and report on HR metrics and key performance indicators to support data-driven decision-making.

Strategic HR Leadership: Provide strategic direction for HR initiatives, aligning them with the company\'s construction projects and business objectives.
Ensure the company complies with Malaysian labor laws, regulations, and industry standards in all HR practices.
Implement employee training and development programs to enhance skills and promote career growth.
Responsible for and manage overall Human Resource functions such as payroll management, recruitment, compensation & benefits, industrial relations, training, and development, participation with manpower, planning, performance management, and employee relations.
Review and developing Company Policy & Procedures Employee Handbook (HR Policies, Procedures, and Manual).
To handle the full set of recruitment process and to recruit the right talents within the hiring timeline.
To develop, assesses and administers training programs for employee and development needs for the Company.
To review compensation and benefits packages and policies aligned with the Company\'s strategy.
Prepare and generate HR Report and its related scope of activities report(s) in timely and accurate manner within depth analysis.
Coordinate and administer Performance Appraisal, setting of KPI/KRA exercise as per timeline.
Handling on disciplinary issues, conduct domestic inquiry, staff counselling and other employee\'s relation matters in compliance with local legislations.
To ensure HR records are in proper filing and retrieval system for accurate files, records, reports, and confidential correspondences.
To plan, coordinating, and organizing employee activities and events.
Any other ad hoc assignments assigned by the Management from time to time.
