Senior Human Resource Executive (payroll)

Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform full spectrum of payroll function: processing of wages, bonus, allowances, overtime, claims, statutory submission, annual tax filing, pay adjustments and payroll related matters
- Ensure timely payroll processing with hands-on experience in Payroll Software: QuickPay or HR2000 and Oracle
- Maintain accurate employee personal files records and update all employees\' data in system
- Adhere to payroll processing and administration are stipulated within Employment Act 1955, SOCSO Act, EPF Act and Income Tax Act
- Administer employee transfer process include preparing Transfer Letter and update in Payroll System
- Manage employees\' enquiries in the area of compensation and benefits
- Prepare and generate monthly payroll reports to Management
- Administrate Third Party Administrator (TPA) and insurance for claim processing
- Involve and support in yearly audit activities
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of working experience in payroll is required for this position
- Hands-on experience with QuickPay or HR2000 and Oracle
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table and Vlookup) and analytical
- Sound knowledge of labour law and employment legislation
- Self-motivated and able to work within tight dateline
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both verbal and written
- Able to work independently and team oriented
