Company BackgroundWe are representing our client in Healthcare & Medical industry to look for potential candidate to fill the role as Senior Human Resource ExecutiveJob Responsibilities:

• Manage and perform full spectrum of HR functions.
• Manage full cycle of recruitment and on-boarding process.
• Perform the full spectrum of payroll functions and ensure payments are calculated efficiently and paid out in a timely manner
• Handling employee relations issues and resolving conflicts in a timely and professional manner.

• Identify, sourcing and arrange training course for employee to enhance knowledge, skills, and abilities required to increase the performance of the employee.
• Maintaining and updating HR related records and systems.
• Prepare HR reports to support decision making and strategic planning.
• Review existing processes, workflow and documentation, recommend improvement / solutions and enhancement to increase productivity
• Implement HR strategies and practices in compliant with company regulations, policies and labour laws.
• Manage administration tasks such as IT related matters, clinic licenses, employee insurance, uniform, building maintenance, stationery, miscellaneous purchase and etc.
• Manage and handle any ad-hoc duties assigned by superior and management

Job Requirements:

• Diploma / Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management / Business Admin or equivalent.
• Min 2 - 3 years of working experience in Generalist HR.
• Knowledgeable with current HR practices and Employment Act / Industrial Relations Act and other employment statutory related requirements.
• Language (s): English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Must be familiar with HR2000

• Working hours : Mon - Fri (9.30am - 6.30pm)
• Permanent employment
• Working location : Sek 19, Petaling Jaya
