Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job design, candidate sourcing, interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain and improve recruitment channels to meet business hiring needs.
Oversee employee lifecycle activities such as onboarding, transfers, and exits.
Ensure HR documentation and records are updated accurately and in compliance with company policies.
Support HR operations including insurance, employee relations, and compliance matters.
Draft and update HR policies, reports, and official documents.
Provide administrative support for work pass/visa applications when required.
Assist in resolving employee relations matters and support HR projects to enhance employee engagement.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proficiency in
Mandarin
(spoken and written) is required to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in fast-paced or project-driven industries.
Strong communication, writing, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office with basic data analysis ability.
High integrity, responsibility, and professionalism, with the ability to work under pressure.
Strong teamwork and coordination skills.
