DOO you have what it takes?

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Serve as point of contact for handling inquiries from Sales & Non-sales team members. Manually prepare data for payroll process (Excel). Responsible for cross-checking claim entitlement and approving claim submission. Oversee and manage the completion of compensation and benefit documentation. Assist with performance management procedures. Assist to schedule meetings, events and maintaining agendas. Perform inductions and update records for new joiners. Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices. Assist in administration work such as data reporting, compile sales report Assist in recruitment activity due to team expansion.

Job Requirements:

Must possess at least a Degree in any field. At least 2-3 of HR experience inclusive of manual payroll (Excel). At least 1 year of experience in HR Admin, Sales Support or relevant experience will be an added advantage. Meticulous attention to detail. Well command in English and Mandarin (written and verbal communication skills).
