Must be a Mandarin Speaker.
Several years of experience in a comprehensive HR role.
Experience in the beauty and personal care industry is an advantage.
Comprehensive understanding of HR functions, with experience in managing full-spectrum HR operations.
Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in accordance with local laws and regulatory requirements.
Contribute to the development and improvement of HR systems and key practices to achieve operational efficiency.
Implement internal audit processes to support fair and competitive performance management.
Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to statutory requirements in organizational strategies.
Ensure compliance with applicable standards and maintain documentation for data accuracy and confidentiality.
Manage workplace investigations to ensure fair and legally compliant resolutions.
Manage onboarding and collaboration processes to ensure a positive employee experience.
Plan and oversee employee recruitment, the recruitment process, and training to foster a targeted HR practice, including policy development and continuous improvement initiatives.
