Responsible on daily & monthly maintenance activities in facilities especially in electrical and mechanical work (HVAC) in order to improve unit performance & efficiency.
To plan and arrange work schedule with client and technician.
To report on maintenance issues and critical incidents.
To carry out continues improvement activities in order to improve unit performance and efficiency of the work.
To attend any breakdown, servicing, repairing and emergency request from client.
To record and follow-up closed / pending / repeatedly case.
To discuss with client on pending case and to plan for the next step.
To understand and comply with job order for each site.
Able to relocate to any site as instructed.
Adhere to all established safety procedures and standards.
Maintain relationship with all client.
To maintain good housekeeping and safety of the tools given.
To manage tools arrangement and storage with Store Admin (request, delivery, hand over and status of tools).
Maintain an update the inventory of spare part to support the operation of equipment.
Responsible for consumables stock management.
Responsible to update work progress by picture to supervisor on daily basis.
To monitor and make sure sub-contractor has completed the work (Delivery Order require) as requested.
To attend breakdown on any site by 24hours.
