Job Description

Responsible on daily & monthly maintenance activities in facilities especially in electrical and mechanical work (HVAC) in order to improve unit performance & efficiency. To plan and arrange work schedule with client and technician. To report on maintenance issues and critical incidents. To carry out continues improvement activities in order to improve unit performance and efficiency of the work. To attend any breakdown, servicing, repairing and emergency request from client. To record and follow-up closed / pending / repeatedly case. To discuss with client on pending case and to plan for the next step. To understand and comply with job order for each site. Able to relocate to any site as instructed. Adhere to all established safety procedures and standards. Maintain relationship with all client. To maintain good housekeeping and safety of the tools given. To manage tools arrangement and storage with Store Admin (request, delivery, hand over and status of tools). Maintain an update the inventory of spare part to support the operation of equipment. Responsible for consumables stock management. Responsible to update work progress by picture to supervisor on daily basis. To monitor and make sure sub-contractor has completed the work (Delivery Order require) as requested. To attend breakdown on any site by 24hours.

Monthly Plan Preventive Maintenance



Responsible on routine inspection & job activity to ensure the efficiency of the workflow and condition of the unit. To assist Breakdown Team once required. To plan work schedule with supervisor and admin and ensure on track every month. Manage to conduct daily work briefing. To update and make sure PPM work on track / schedule by daily. To make sure PPM checklist are in order before collect and compile the completed PPM.

Breakdown



Installation of air conditioning and ACMV related equipment. Strong analytical and technical skills to troubleshoot & propose solutions. Responsible to prepare good checking report and liaise with client for sign and approval. To liaise with PPM team on defect report. Responsible to check and verify work order before submit to client. To plan and arrange work schedule with client, technician and supervisor. Able to prepare report checking in details.

Pay: From RM2,300.00 per month
