Position Title Senior HVAC & Mechanical Engineer

xe3x83xbbLead and coordinate engineers to ensure the smooth execution of projects
xe3x83xbbIdentify technical challenges and optimize designs and installations
xe3x83xbbIndependently complete HVAC projects worth RM 1 million
xe3x83xbbUnderstand client requirements and propose solutions that meet their specifications
xe3x83xbbConduct client meetings and provide training on system operation and maintenance after commissioning
xe3x83xbbRespond promptly to customer inquiries and provide technical support both on-site and remotely
xe3x83xbbPlan and schedule preventive maintenance, repair services, troubleshooting, and equipment installations
xe3x83xbb(Including Chillers, Air Handling Units (AHU), Fan Coil Units (FCU), Air-Cooled Split Units (ACSU), Pumps, Cooling Towers, etc.)
xe3x83xbbVisit client sites (Shah Alam, Seremban) for on-site supervision
xe3x83xbbRegularly report project progress and issues to facilitate quick decision-making
xe3x83xbbSupport Project Managers (PMs) in managing HVAC and clean room projects
xe3x83xbbOversee all aspects of project management, including quotation, procurement, construction, commissioning, and subcontractor coordination

An individual capable of independently completing projects worth RM 1 million
A professional who consistently communicates, reports, and coordinates with the team and clients

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC system installation or design
Proven ability to complete RM 1 million projects independently
Leadership skills to manage engineers and drive team success
Hands-on experience in project budget, schedule, and resource management
Strong communication skills for seamless coordination with clients and team members
Consistent reporting and proactive communication to ensure smooth project execution

Familiarity with Malaysian Standards (MS) or other relevant regulations
Experience in T-fas construction drawings
Background in green building projects
Experience as a small-scale site supervisor
