Join in and feel the difference.To perform Industrial Engineering work in time study, line balancing and ergonomic to achieve the quality, productivity & delivery goals. Perform RFQ, line optimization improvement.
Experience and user knowledge in SAP and SAP HANA Data management system, continue to support and sustaining the application.1. Experience and user knowledge in SAP Database Management System
and SAP HANA application and deployment.
2. To be Functional engineer to assign value stream and work on IE topic,
include full implementation and compliance for ergonomics and ergo
checks in PgP1.
3. To perform to ensure full implementation of SAP CAPP (Computer
Added Process Planning) in PgP1.
4. To conduct MTM analysis for new processes and process-VT
comparison with the used of CAPP system.
5. To optimize MTM analysis for existing production processes and
standardization.
6. To study the overall line capacity when demand change, optimize the
manpower requirement and equipment needed for the line. Review the
supporting VT required, update into system upon approval.
7. To create and update the instruction card, include TWI elements
accurately on assigned model.
8. To initiate routing creation and maintenance for all models.
9. To study the RFQ request for new model and provide the study result
to RFQ team.
10. Able to manage and lead improvement project related to IE topic and
lean activity.
11. To lead the engineers to achieve the given task and working toward
achieving the company objectives.
12. Any other TEF6 related duties assigned to.Qualifications

• Master/Bachelor Degree in Industrial, Mechanical or Mechatronical engineering with at least 3-5 years of related working experience.
• The ideal candidate to have more than one year of experience in a leadership role.
• Practical experience in industrial engineering within a mass production environment.
• Experience in SAP module.
• Demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English (written and oral).
• Willingness to travel internationally as required
• Essential Skills:
• Basic knowledge in SAP Data Base Management System and SAP HANA.
• Basic knowledge in time management, ergonomics, and station design for material flow.
• Basic knowledge of MTM (Method Time Measurement).
• Knowledge of BPS (Business Process Standards).
• Production planning skills, including line layout and process flow, and release process.
• Proficient in using tools such as MS-Office, SAP, and CAPP.
• Strong problem-solving and quality assurance skills.
