• Familiar with the workings of Tiktok platform
• Familiar with E-Commerce platforms (preferred)
• More than 1 year of work experience in MCN agencies or talent management agencies (preferred)
• Detail oriented, responsible and career - driven, with strong learning abilities, resilience under pressure, and willingness to embrace challenges.

TanggungjawabRelationship Management:

• Cultivate and manage relationships with media outlets, key opinion leaders (KOLs), influencers, and third-party agencies to drive collaboration on campaigns and promotions.
• Develop and maintain strong connections with celebrities and mega KOLs to amplify brand reach.

KOL Identification and Network Expansion:

• Research, identify, and onboard KOLs across various digital platforms to create impactful brand experiences.
• Build and expand a diverse KOL network across different categories and social media platforms.

Campaign Strategy and Execution:

• Plan and implement KOL engagement campaigns, ensuring alignment with timelines, requirements, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with internal teams to conceptualize and execute innovative promotional campaigns.
• Oversee the end-to-end influencer marketing strategy, including identifying suitable KOLs, developing briefs, reviewing content drafts, and monitoring performance.

Negotiation and Cost Management:

• Negotiate campaign terms and costs with KOLs to secure favourable and mutually beneficial agreements.

Team Leadership and Mentorship:

• Lead, guide, and mentor the KOL Specialist team to develop and implement effective influencer marketing strategies.

Performance Analysis and Reporting:

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying trends and insights to optimize content and engagement strategies.
• Forecast marketing campaign growth and ROI in collaboration with the sales team.
