Position overview

In order to support the growth ambitions in the allnex business, our IT team is looking to consolidate and reinforce the information security team. We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for someone who gets excited by executing and further developing our information security roadmap. Someone who understands the concerns and the needs of the more than 4000 employees located in our 50+ manufacturing sites and business offices to remain aware of the increasing security threats in the world today. Responsibilities
-Revisit, improve and maintain the IT and OT cybersecurity policies, procedures, standards, and guidance consistent with the applicable regulations within the scope of allnex\xe2\x80\x99 operations.
-Conduct assessments and reviews to ensure that all systems have effective cybersecurity in place, including up-to-date documentation, in line with recognized standards such as but not limited to ISO 27001, IEC62443, NIST. Etc.
-Ensures a process to track remedial actions to mitigate risks aligned with Enterprise Risk Management.
-Ensures a process to ensure that all users (including the ITSO) receive periodic cybersecurity awareness briefings and copies of rules of behavior, are trained to fulfill their IT security responsibilities, and understand the consequences of non-compliance.
-Act as the central point of contact for all IT and OT cybersecurity incidents, develop security incident handling procedures, and report all security incidents to the responsible for the incident.
-Coordinate with the allnex Risk Management Committee as appropriate on IT security matters (concerning incidents, potential threats, and other concerns).
-Ensure that system owners establish processes to provide training to IT and OT personnel, to manage access privileges and to handle patch management in the systems under their supervision.
-Serve as certification agent as appropriate for systems and processes within the scope of the job.
-Ensure that IT and OT cybersecurity is addressed in the development and acquisition process of information systems and security related products and services.

Required skills and experience
-Master degree in a scientific or engineering direction with a major IT component \xe2\x80\x93 or equivalent experience.
-Minimum 10 years of experience in IT functions with a substantial management component. Proven experience with IT security topics and implementation of security policies in a global context, incl. dealing with data- and other security related legislation.
-Proven experience with handling IT security incidents (remediation and prevention).
-Proven experience in IT Risk management, managing cybersecurity in OT/Manufacturing environments.
-Good knowledge of applicable standards (e.g. ISO 27000, GDPR, NIS(2), NIST, and IEC62443).
-Good and broad of understanding potential IT threats (hacking e.g.) related to the technology in use at allnex. This requires a thorough understanding of a broad area of IT technologies and a practical view on the relationship with the security threats.
-Excellent team player and motivator to be able to work with different people in different layers of the organization and build consensus within the organization.
-Good written and verbal communication skills, ability to explain complex concepts to non-security audience.
-Ability to act calm and decisive under high-pressure, high stress situations.
-Excellent analytical and project management skills.
-Negotiation and mediation capabilities combined with networking competence and coalition building to defend complex projects.
