An exciting Senior Infra Engineer (Azure Cloud) job has just been made available at an IT agritech startup based in Kuala Lumpur.

About the Senior Infra Engineer (Azure Cloud) Role:
In this job you will be responsible for designing and implementing Azure cloud infrastructure for the organisation, including virtual machines, storage, networking, and other related services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement cloud infrastructure/services for the organisation, including but not limited to, virtual machines, storage, networking, and other related services
• Manage performance tuning and server maintenance such as software updates, security patching, and backups
• Conduct performance optimisation to meet the required Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Ensure server operations are secure and compliant with relevant regulatory standards, including managing user access, encryption, firewalls, and other security measures
• Streamline processes and improve efficiency using automation tools, including developing scripts and automation workflows to automate routine tasks
• Maintain documentation of Azure cloud services and infrastructure, including configurations, processes, and procedures

To succeed in this Senior Infra Engineer role, you will need to be a high-potential and motivated individual who is independent in managing a server and cloud environment.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Information Systems, or equivalent experience
• Knowledgeable in networking concepts, proficient in configuring, deploying, and managing servers, including virtualisation technologies
• Experienced with public and private cloud computing platforms
• Knowledge of storage systems and managing backup and disaster recovery solutions
• Familiar with security principles and technologies
• Experienced in scripting languages to automate tasks and workflows
