We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Senior Infrastructure Engineer, based in our Tricor Orisoft Technology Sdn. Bhd, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia office. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Software Development, this full-time and permanent position is based in Kuala Lumpur and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Product & Technology department and its\' growth.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist in technical discussions and implement architectural decisions for Microsoft Azure
• Be responsible for providing technical leadership and defining, developing, and evolving software, systems, and architecture in a fast paced and agile development environment using the latest software development technologies and infrastructure practices
• Drive increased efficiency across the teams, eliminating duplication, leveraging product and technology reuse
• Coach, mentor and lead the team
• Work cross functionally with other departments to align activities and deliverables
• Ensure team receives consistent messages and has clear understanding of business direction, strategy and results
• Keep abreast with industry changes related to Infrastructure as Code, DevOps and related subject areas
• Demonstrates the initiative to explore alternate technology and approaches to solving problems
• Has the ability to analyze impact of technology choices
• Automation and standardization of cloud infrastructure processes
• Creating coherence between development, operations, and security in accordance with DevOps and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles

Key requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering/ IT or equivalents
• At least 4 year or more of working experience with Cloud Technologies from education or previous employment.
• Team player, passionate for continuous learning, self-motivator, good analytical and communication skills
• Possess analytical and problem-solving skills
• Continuously measures deliverables of self and team against scheduled commitments. Effectively balances different, competing objectives
• Have experience with DevOps and IaC are an added advantage
