SUMMARY OF ROLE

To drive for yield, efficiency and quality improvement initiatives to support cell fab's goals

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

-Responsible lead and drive cross functional team for yield, efficiency and supplier/customer quality improvement through data analysis, problem solving and implementing preventive solution.
-Perform multivariate analysis and data mining analysis to identify opportunity for process margin and stability improvement.
-Responsible to manage Failure Analysis Lab operation and develop/improve FA methodology for faster and precise feedback.
-Responsible to manage engineering change for operation team.
-Works with Engineering and IT team to develop, manage and improve yield, efficiency and engineering change related systems.
-Work with RD&D/cross functional team for new process/technology development and deployment.
-Support the growth of technical know-how in engineering team through coaching and knowledge sharing.
-Complies at all times the Environment, Health and Safety and Manufacturing Quality standards, rules and regulations

-Performs other duties may be assigned

RELATED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

-Bachelor's Degree or higher, majoring in physics, electronics, mechanical or any equivalent course.
-Preferably with 2-3 years relevant experience in wafer fabrication, PV or electronics manufacturing.
-Experience in data analytical, problem solving skills, FMEA, risk assessment and statistical tools.
-Good communication skills, self-driven individual with ability to interact with all levels of personnel.
-Experience in Tableau, SQL, JMP and SEM / EDX will be an added advantage.
