. Possess a diploma / advance diploma or degree in interior design, or related fields
. Ability to communicate in English/Malay/Cantonese and/or Chinese (for Chinese candidate)
. Dedicated and willing to put in extra hours to complete the project, if necessary
. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision as well as working with team members to conceptualization design ideas
. Good Working attitude, creativity, resourceful (material selections etc.)
. Manage & lead projects to handover
. Have own transportation (company vehicle available for visit project site purpose)
. Details & thorough thinker & a problem solver
. Language skills in English/Malay/Cantonese and/or Chinese (for Chinese candidate)
. Able to start work immediately

Tanggungjawab

Responsibilities in attending client and site visit
. Review and check drawings for errors before send out for confirmation
. To liaise and coordinate with consultants/vendors/ suppliers/ contractors on project details and resolving technical issues
. Attend meetings with consultants and contractors as well as site meetings
